Our lettings and management services are designed to protect you and your property. From advising on legislation changes to comprehensive tenant referencing and inventory preparation, our experience and assured personal attention will guide you through every step of the process.

As members of Propertymark we are up-to-date with complex legislative changes and best practice, we adhere to a nationally recognised Code of Practice, submit independently audited accounts to Propertymark annually and we are backed by the Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme.

We will:

Market your property and advertise on the relevant portals
Erect a To Let board
Arrange and accompany viewings
Find tenants
Advise on Non Resident Landlord scheme (if applicable)
Arrange reference checks
Ask tenants to set up continuing rent payments and pass monies on to you
Hold the deposit in the TDS Custodial scheme
Chase late rent payments and advise on rent arrears actions
Provide monthly statements of account
Return your tenants deposit less any deductions you agree with them at tenancy end

14.4% of the monthly rent for the whole time your tenant stays in the property

In addition to letting, receiving rent services we will:
Arrange required safety checks and certificates (Gas Safety etc.)
Deal with the day to day management of your property including repairs and maintenance
Provide meter readings to utility suppliers when the tenancy starts and ends
Visit the property at least twice a year
Manage the end of tenancy check out and deposit disputes

Agree terms, arrange tenancy. Following the initial tenancy term your tenancy will proceed on a monthly Periodic Tenancy. If a new fixed term is requested, we may charge you
